Bank
Osceola, WI
This two-story 9,200 s.f. bank helped set the stage and the standards for a re-development project in the village’s historic downtown. Located on a very tight, challenging site, the bank envisioned a modern facility with a historic train depot theme. They wanted to raise their visibility in the community, provide easy access for their customers and allow for future expansion. The project’s builder, Derrick Construction, won a 2007 Projects of Distinction Award for Commercial Buildings $0 - $2 million from the Wisconsin Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. The award’s criteria considered a project’s overall distinctiveness, execution of design, craftsmanship, coordination, budgeting, safety, difficulty and unusual challenges.
