When it was first built, the River Falls Library left the lower level unfinished for future use. Frisbie Architects helped bring the library board’s plan for the lower level to life by creating a gallery and a flexible space that could be used for meetings, small concerts, book readings, and other events. The gallery’s dramatic curved walls and moveable partitions provide many options for displays.
