Falls City Hall – River Falls, WI
This new 26,850 s.f. River Falls City Hall is a LEED Silver certified building and is Wisconsin’s first city hall to go through
the LEED certification process. The project re-developed a site near the Kinnickinnic River. The building is designed to
be energy and operationally efficient, environmentally responsive, and “citizen friendly.” It houses the city’s public and
employee work areas, including administration, engineering, finance, community development, cable department, as well
as the city court and council chambers. The building incorporates sustainable design principles that minimized
construction waste, integrated sustainable materials, and will reduce the building’s energy and water consumption.
