This 33-acre master planned community provides housing options that allow seniors to “age in place.”  The campus features senior cottages and townhomes, apartment-style and dorm-style assisted living with memory care, as well as a community building. 

The owner’s vision included creating a warm, inviting village-like atmosphere. The campus’ focal point is a retention/infiltration pond with a waterfall and gazebo.  The craftsman-style design integrates indoor and outdoor activity spaces to create the feeling of a comfortable retreat, while encouraging residents to enjoy the outdoors and engage in community activities. 

When completed, the family-friendly campus will feature picnic areas, chipping and putting greens, hiking trails, tennis and athletic courts, a game room, an outdoor playground for children, and a small theater.   The development’s walking paths are connected to the city’s trail system so that residents can plug into community activities.
