The Ban Tara Lot 1 building sets the design precedent
for future buildings in this new 22-acre retail development
in a high visibility and high traffic count area. The
building owners wanted to create a striking building that
would draw customers. The 10,000 s.f. single-story structure
has a clear-span interior allowing flexibility for up
to seven tenants. The gabled roof over Starbucks, the
building’s anchor tenant, helps it stand out in
this retail environment.
